LM Information Delivery appoints Heli Jääskeläinen as Global Customer Service Manager

LM Information Delivery, one of the leading global providers of subscription and information management services is pleased to announce the appointment of Heli Jääskeläinen as Global Customer Service Manager.

Heli has over 8 years’ experience in the information industry, having started her career with LM in 2008 when she worked in the HQ sales department and supported the company’s European offices as an Account Manager. After a couple of years of maternity leave, it felt natural to use Heli’s wide knowledge of the industry and her in-depth understanding of the individual needs of each different market in this new Customer Service Manager position, according to LM’s Vice President, Jussi Kettunen:
